She got dressed and swept out the house, including the monstrous child demons, so the place was clean and empty enough for her to think.
These creatures kept coming back. She cleared them out of the house, made charms, walked away from them, slammed the door on them, even in desperation invited them in, but nothing seemed to work. They always came back and always gained control over her.
