SUSAN MOWBRAY
a diary with characters who could be me or other people or simply themselves
making it all up
She is very pale and transparent inside her beautiful dress, the only colour she has is her lips and they have been painted on. She made the dress herself, or at least had it made to her own design. It is made form the most beautiful fabrics she could find, she spent weeks, or even months looking for them - silks and satins and velvets, gold tissue and creamy lace embroidered with pearls and semi precious stones - and her body is bathed and oiled and perfumed and powdered. She has done all the outward things she can think of to make herself desirable.
