having what you want

I asked La Duquesa again about 'desire'. Did she believe she could have what she desired? It was a bit of a stupid question because of course she does, having what she wants is something automatic for her. Keeping it is maybe a different matter, she can be very careless at times you know. But actually she did stop and think for a bit and told me that her problem has always been more knowing what she desires.
