La Duquesa and the beanstalk
The kitchen of the Ogress is very clean and ordered, with pretty plates and embroidered cloths. The Ogress herself isn't so bad looking, her face is rather spoilt by that hanging lower lip but the rest is OK. She is stirring something on the stove for the Ogre's supper and looks to be the perfect housewife. But La Duquesa has noticed something hanging among the rabbits and fowl. It is a child, the Ogress' own child in fact, who she has strung up because the Ogre so loves children's sweet flesh.
